Joint Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) & Cochrane United Way Grants
Cochrane Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) and Cochrane United Way Committee will be accepting applications for projects that improve and support the quality of life for Cochrane and area residents from Jan 26 to Feb 21, 2017, at noon.

This is a partnership where the FCSS Advisory Board and the Cochrane & United Way Partnership Committee will jointly review all applications.

FCSS gives preference to projects that:

  • are preventative in nature for children, families or seniors;
  • promote volunteerism; and
  • are coordinated by local non-profit organizations.

United Way supports projects that:

  • address unique social needs in our community;
  • make families safe from abuse;
  • give children the skills they need to create futures they want; and
  • help people gain the resources needed to live dignified, satisfying lives.
Note: these agencies do not fund projects that are strictly for individuals, health, capital projects, education, entrepreneurship, or recreation.

Please call Cory at 403-851-2250 for a copy of the application.
