• live with the boundaries of Cochrane RCMP jurisdiction
• need a criminal record check (NOT a fingerprint-based record check)
For a volunteer or unpaid practicum: $10
For a paid position: $35
Important: you'll have to create an account in order to pay online. (If you've registered for a Recreation, Pool or FCSS program recently, you can use the same account.)

Important: RCMP do not take payments. Make payment and print receipt before you go to the RCMP detachment.
By registering for Citizen Self Service, you'll be able to view your accounts or pay for animal licences, business licences, utility bills and accounts receivable anytime. NOTE: You'll need the Access Code as shown on your bill or assessment.
Purchase a tax certificate via a credit card transaction or receive a bimonthly invoice from the Town of Cochrane for this service.

All payments for eServices are in Canadian currency. Tax certificates are available for immediate download once payment has been processed. Animal Licences are mailed out within five business days once the payment has been processed. When completing an order, a printable receipt is displayed on screen to signify that the payment has processed properly. The Town of Cochrane currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card processing transactions.
