Cochrane’s Art Walk at the Cochrane ClubHouse Activity Centre is building on their summer success with two fall shows.

The Art Walk is a chance for local artists to show and sell their work, and for Cochrane art lovers to meet the artists and learn about their creations.

The October 14 Art Walk runs 9:30am to 1pm and features art and artists, as well as a teaching demonstration by the talented young artist Taylor DeBoer between 10am and noon (arrive at 9:50am to register to participate). There will be live music at noon featuring local musicians Ceaser Parra (percussion), Christina O'Brian (keyboard), Rob Schidke (guitar) and Rebecca Parra (flute).

Artists participating in the October 14 show include Caroline Boulet, Faye Boychuk, Taylor DeBoer, Teatro dell'Eco, Alannah Gamblin, Lauren McLennan,

Stuart Ray, Sheri Robertson.

The November Art Walk is scheduled for Saturday November 18 and features artists from the year-long 150 Brush Strokes program, including student submissions.

The ClubHouse Activity Centre is located in the Historic Cochrane Ranche Site (Hwy 1A just east of Hwy 22).
