Phase 2 includes surface upgrades to the remaining road towards the west, from West Edge to West Point and includes asphalt, concrete, road markings and new bike lanes.

In 2016, it was determined that Quigley Drive had deteriorated past its service life and required upgrading. Phase 1 included upgrading the asphalt in the East section and this work was completed in 2017
