If you are looking for more support we also offer a Home Visitation Program, Triple P Parenting Program and Respite Program.

Over four sessions, you learn massage strokes and how they benefit your baby, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. You also learn specific strokes to sooth crying baby, ease constipation and gas pain, and reduce colic. Open to moms and dads with babies from four weeks old to not yet crawling. No prior skills required.

Bringing Baby Home

Are you pregnant or a new parent? Bringing Baby Home will help you recognize and cope successfully with the transition of becoming a family!   The program will help strengthen your couple relationship, deal effectively with conflict, improve the quality of your parent-infant interaction and help you to recognize the psychological and emotional needs of your child.

Parent Resource Library

We have a comprehensive library of parenting books and children's books available for your family to borrow.  We also offer Parent Resource Boxes on a variety of topics, including potty training, divorce, fine motor skills and more!  Each resource box contains parenting books, children books, tip sheets and activities to share as a family.  Early Childhood Educators are available to answer parenting questions, help you to complete a developmental screen for your child or assist in finding resources.
