Cochrane's eServices are now available for most online payment services. Log on to your account at Cochrane.ca/eServices to check your account details, utility balance and property assessment information.
 
Animal licence eServices remain unavailable for continued maintenance. At this time, the animal licence balance displayed may not accurate. Thank you for your patience.

If you need to make an animal licence payment today, come by The Station (360 Railway St W) or RancheHouse (101 RancheHouse Rd) to complete your payment in-person from 8:30am-4:30pm, M-F


The Town of Cochrane eServices portal streamlines account interactions: animal licences, business licences, utility bills, accounts receivable, tax roll, assessment information and more. 

Important notes: 

  • You will be required to create a new username and password the first time you log in.
  • Please have one piece of Town identifying information on hand to create your new username and password  — your latest utility bill or statement for another Town account.
  • You may need to update your bookmarks.

Terms and Conditions

All payments for eServices are in Canadian currency. Tax certificates are available for immediate download once payment has been processed. Animal Licenses are mailed out within five business days once the payment has been processed. When completing an order, a printable receipt is displayed on screen to signify that the payment has processed properly. The Town of Cochrane currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card processing transactions.

If you experience a problem during the processing of an online transaction or wish to request a refund to be processed, please contact the Town of Cochrane at 403-851-2500 or via email.
