What is the speed limit for e-scooters/bike?

The max speed limit is 20 km per hour with some higher traffic areas reduced to 10-15 km per hour.

Slow speed zones for e-scooter riders are in areas where there is a higher concentration of sidewalk users. The maximum speeds of a shared e-scooter will be automatically reduced to a maximum of 15 km/h, (down from a max. of 20 km/h). For Phase 1 these slow speed zones are located on First Street from First to Third Avenue.
