Are Cochrane’s off-leash parks still open?

Cochrane’s off-leash parks remain open and are monitored regularly by Municipal Enforcement to ensure residents observe proper physical distancing measures.

To keep our parks open, it is important to remember:

  • While out with your dog, always keep at least 2 metres —approximately the length of a bicycle — from others .
  • Limit the number of family members who come with you to walk the dog.
  • If your dog does not have good recall, consider walking on-leash on Town pathways instead.

Please keep your distance and help prevent the spread.
