REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR APPARATUS BAY REPAIRS
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town” or “Owner”) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of trench drain repairs (removal of existing acrylic drain pan followed by install of custom-built steel pan including connection to existing drain) and concrete repair and re-coating within the Maintenance Facility (Back Shop). The “Service” includes concrete to be repaired and re-coated with a heavy duty, tough wearing, sulfate resistant urethane coating following replacement of the existing trench drain (as further discussed in Appendix “A”).
