Prenatal Health Group

Join us for an online casual café where you can meet with an Alberta Health Services childbirth educator and connect with other parents on the topic of pregnancy, nutrition, labour and birth, breastfeeding and feeding your baby, infant sleep, newborn care, transition to parenthood and early parenting.

Outdoor Adventure- Drop in Weekly

Join the Family Resource Network at parks in Cochrane for a fun-filled morning! You and your child will enjoy activities while connecting to the many resources we have to offer! Check out playground parks at cochrane.ca for a map of playgrounds and parks in Cochrane, and look out for our community connector van. Program cancelled in the event of rain, snow or provincial restrictions.

Preschool Playtime- Drop in Zoom

Tune in on Thursdays for some Storytime fun followed by some songs to get your little ones moving and grooving! As well, every second Thursday we will be doing a craft to work on fine motor skills.

Stepping Stones Triple P: For families with a child who has a disability

When you're the parent or caregiver of a child with a disability, it can be a lot more challenging. This five week group gives you tips and ideas to manage the big and small problems of family life. It helps encourage behavior you like, cope with stress, and teach your child new skills. Suitable for families with children ages 0 to 12 years old. Register online: cochrane.ca/programguide

COMPASS for the Caregiver

In Person or Online Options Do you assist a family member or friend living with challenges resulting from a disability, illness or aging? If you said yes, you are a caregiver.
